I've had some better luck at my current gig with a shitty guy lead, (ex marine who's mind never left the marines) bro bullied me and was in turn bullied by the other guys to quit thankfully

So far so good. Things were rough starting out as a new mechanic.. took a whole lot of time to ease out of that fight/flight state of mind.

I was a brand new A&p.. devalued the fuck out of myself out of desperate need for money.. i could afford to move & take on an airline job. Nothing nearby was hiring.. yet the same jobs all bitch about the lal student not taking local jobs/moving away

The manager/owner knew too. I overheard one of their conversations of him being worried I'd tattle to the 99s/women in aviation or something like that.. i overheard "defamation/sue damages" I couldn't risk anything as I couldn't even afford to keep gas in the car to get to work.

My anxiety go so bad that year.. I feel I've only recently recovered.
