I remember watching the Buffalo Bayou Park flooding after hurricane Harvey. The pictures and videos of water overflowing these banks, sometimes engulfing the overpasses above. This week i ran the park trail. It's almost impossible to imagine that much water... it was surreal.

This is territory I haven’t seen in a VERY long time. 32cm of snow in SIX HOURS. That lake-effect band coupled with the storm moving through created the perfect storm.

It's Cortina D'Ampezzo for the women - an incredible run that has the greatest drop through two peaks in the Dolomites (it was my favorite on the circuit back in the day). The men are racing in Bormio.
