Look at the way someone treats their environment Is it chaotic, dirty, messy, holes in the walls, dishes that seem to never be clean, or half painted walls, & always dirty clothes on floors? When you see how someone treats their environment, you realize their ideas & opinions hold no weight or value

I imagine people from my past as beautiful butterflies, with an array of patterns & colorful wings, that fly around me like a gift from Nature. Good or bad, they gave me something and they taught me something, even small

Within my discord, I have a channel that wishes hope for others. And asks for hope when it’s needed. Simply by only sending the word “Hope”. I hope the universe is somehow sharing my wishes.

Assertiveness stems from prioritizing expression of one’s perspective without fear of judgment, to convey clarity, equality, or fairness. Low assertiveness, arises from prioritizing emotional considerations, where the desire for harmony, conflict avoidance, or uncertainty takes precedence.
