On this day in Scott Avett History. Scott's The Southern Star Gallery had its Grand Opening. It would eventually feature art by Jason Mitcham (who directed the Head Full of Doubt/Road Full of Promise video), Jeremy Davis, Tim Knouff (the name is misspelled in the ad), and Seth.

On this day in Avett Bros History. January 22, 1998, the first NEMO album so is that of man was released with a show at Pantana Bob's in Greenville, NC with Seth's band Margo opening. A show review to read also.
