Shadow selfie at Hanwoori Garden, which opened in Federal Way, Washington, in June 2025. The space is impeccably designed, expertly crafted, and warmly inviting. It is the first traditional Korean garden in the state. Find it adjacent to Panther Lake.

It’s not just @npr.org and @pbs.org — the Corporation for Public Broadcasting supports myriad other stations, including the inimitable KEXP.

Support @djjohnrichards.bsky.social and DJ Morgan in the final hour of their historic marathon at kexp.org.

“Make your world larger… by going slower.”

This detail is from a statue, in Issaquah, Washington, of Harvey Manning, lifelong hiking advocate, who was instrumental in preserving wildlands within urban King County.

The statue was created by Sara Johani and Tom Jay. It was dedicated in 2009.
