Starting over is frustrating, but it gives us hope for something beautiful. I challenged myself not to give up on this silly tree idea. I’m figuring it out as I go, and the imperfections feel smaller. Unfinished, but I’m enjoying the journey more.

Today I weighed 197lb at the doctor’s office. It felt good to see a number under 200. My heaviest was roughly 260. I do love my body-it tells a story, but I was severely depressed and I want to be honest about that.
