When I was seeking an engineering degree, one of my professors did set aside a little warm up every day to talk about ethics. Up to and including "Your child is accused of sexual assault. You are asked to testify at the trial. Discuss." Heard some bleak answers though.

Understand that you can be scared of a thing and do that thing AT THE SAME TIME. Become accustomed to discomfort.

Grimshire: Classic Stardew Valley-style farm game where the big twist on the genre is that you are the village's only source of food. Fail to provide, and people WILL die. But pretty cozy otherwise.
