I am all for AI helping us work faster and smarter, but if you put AI at your front gate and pretend it's a real person, and that "real person" can't help you in any way shape or form - then how has AI helped? Other than telling your customers to get lost.

I've had 2 experiences with chat bot customer service this week and Riverside.fm gets a big old 👍 and Gymshark gets another kind of finger. Guess which one I will buy from again??
