Can Sally Boy be my spirit friend too? He just looks all full of love. I had a feral cat who moved in with me & looked just like him. He was so sweet. Springsteen, beaches, and super cool cats... I'm glad our paths crossed here!

No. I'm taking an acting class which has made me very appreciative of writers. I've been working to learn all I can about all aspects of filmmaking, and I'm particularly fascinated by screenwriting.

The one on the right is one of the fawns, but she's getting big now! I'll try to find a photo from her baby fawn days. Rescue pets are the best, aren't they? I'd love to see photos of them! I'm glad to hear you're doing yoga. It can be so helpful for managing pain. How is it going for you?

You have the most amazing yard! It must be so nice to sit out there and read. How fortunate for your daughter to be a natural artist. I wish I had just a tiny bit of that. I enjoy non-fiction as well. I love reading autobiographies & biographies.

Thanks! I'm definitely going to reread "To Kill a Mockingbird." I've never read The Handmaid's Tale & feel like that needs to be at the top of my list now.

I'm loving gardening these days! I would love to try arts and crafts, but my kindergarten teacher wrote "does not seem talented" next to art on my report card. She was not wrong. 🤣Life's been crazy lately, and I haven't read as much as I'd like. Any recommendations?

1. Yoga. I teach, and practicing keeps me sane. 2. Babysitting fawns in our backyard. The mama deer used to leave them every afternoon! They're getting bigger now, so they don't come every day. 3. Acting. I started taking classes a year ago, and just sort of fell in love with the whole process.

I finally made it to the cool kids' table! I'll try not to go full on dork and screw it up. 🤣 I'm finding lots of people I used to follow in the starter packs. Thanks for that idea!

Twitter's a place for fights, not productive conversations. I believe there's great power in gathering together in a kinder place to rest and build strength as a group. When it's time we can face the other side as a more united force.
