Dinner tonight will provide a good amount of my potassium needs for the day. Raw kale salad with avocado, tomato, cucumber, raisins, baked chicken breast. Homemade dressing = olive oil, lemon and little berry jam for balance 🍜 And then, I baked a loaf of bread😫

🌱🧄🍅🍈I planted everything from seeds directly into the raised bed, except for the lemon cucumber. Tomatoes, garlic, dill, melon, cilantro and Swiss chard. The okra is next.
