It’s a gut check trial. I already extrapolate paradigm results to this or that nonischemic cm. I don’t think it’s crazy to extrapolate to chagas too (don’t have much t Cruzi here tho). It’s nice having my preconceived notions somewhat confirmed. Biomarker improvement is a plus

Similar analysis was done on a proper savr v tavr trial but can’t find the paper. if the LV got messed up as bad as the rv does with surgery, we would have abandoned open heart procedures long ago. I’d like to see pvo2 outcomes for all Surg v trans catheter trials
