Yes that is indeed true yet the persecution of heretics further increased as time progressed as it was quite hard for the church to track down a heretic in a world where the printing press didn’t even exist, the church in the Middle Ages struggled to capture heretics.

That’s only in Salem, you are aware that there were MULTIPLE other witch-trails conducted around the world. While burning witches was not exactly a common practice the burning of heretics was a very common practice used by the church to suppress criticism and encourage superstition.

Christians of the Renaissance and future periods would conduct witch trials. There is no evidence that witch trials were conducted between the years 500CE-1350CE, the Middle Ages if you really take into account everything were actually quite progressive compared to later eras.

In my opinion, it’s because Kamala failed to appeal to many far-leftist democrats who wanted her to take a strong stance against Israel. I heard a number between 10-40 million democrats did not vote being thrown around.
