Since Trump wants to annex Canada and make it a 51st state, perhaps Canada should allow the Blue States (the richest, healthiest, and best educated) to join Canada as Provinces. This would leave the sickest, most ignorant, and poorest states, and make Trump President of a "Lesser America".

Jimmy Carter's life was a monument to high principles and "walking the talk" as a devout Christian. I am glad that his funeral will take place during Joe Biden's administration, as Trump would surely have tried to dishonor him.

I finally deactivated my account on the social media platform (which will remain nameless) due to its now ingrained right-wing orientation. I tried (and I hope succeeded) in migrating those I followed there to their Bluesky accounts here. Regardless, Buh-bye, Elmo!
