upon further inspection, it's clear the bottom banner of the journey in the advert is from a different train, as the timings are off by one minute. my next mission is to find the train belonging to Platform 5 and lasting 1 hour 36 minutes.

i can't find a clear picture online but the banner of the advert states the journey is 1 hour and 36 minutes, which is not true for the timings given.

then i channelled the person making the advert, and figured the easiest place to input would be the main train station in london - st. pancras

by my own experience, i knew the nottingham trains go to crewe, and that takes roughly 1 hour 40. but the timings don't match up with any stops on that route

looking up the main depots shows it's most likely one of these two, and they both have over 5 platforms. now we have to work out where is roughly 1.5 hours away by train

first task was working out the origin station - due to it being an emr train it is most likely in the east midlands, and needs to have at least 5 platforms. that wipes out most of the smaller ones, and leaves mainly capital cities
