I was reviewing a SWM facility covenant the other day and the municipality’s boilerplate language allows for them to require upgrades/changes completely at their discretion. I told civil I wanted to push back, and they said we could but it would just delay the project 6 mos and not get the change. 🤷‍♂️

I’ve started adding a small grab bar above the shaving shelf/footrest. If one foot is on a slipper surface, the other is elevated, and one hand has a razor - might want something secure (not the handle to a sliding shower door!) to hold onto.
