There are no known Pterosaur specimens that possess this anatomy. Pteranodon was probably the inspiration but LOTS of artistic liberties were taken.

Wait, if Hypsie and the Tendaguru Dryosaurus are, how are Thescelosaurus and Oryctodromeus not also ornithopods?

It doesn’t look like there’s enough reconstruction from the back side to infer the presence of fenestrae. Or they are were just tiny which would add support to the hypothesized transitional status of this specimen.

Looks Nyctosaurus-ish. Hatchet shaped DPC and all that, though it is perhaps a bit large.
