I was Size 22/24 and I am now 12/14. I am 5ft 11 tall. I lost the majority of the weight in 8 months and I was truly happy after 10 months. There was no Ozempic or any kind of weight loss medication/supplements used. It was all discipline, diet, deen, dua and determination at the gym.

Poor guy. Leaving people unsettled over Christmas and holidays is an old trick. It reeks of desperation and is the hallmark of a saddo. The thing is it always flips back on that person cause they’ve left themselves unsettled too. I’m baking my 1st ever crumble and about to flip these bad boys over!
