and like. nobody I know who is successful is making anywhere close to 50k, I would kill to make 20 grand a year from music lol

If someone makes 50k a year at a job that’s considered a below average wage at any office job yet I’ve seen a lot of ppl think that’s “filthy rich” if ur a musician and part of that is the devaluation of music and part thinking it’s way easier than it is
