Harvested the basil 🌿 from my garden, made pesto.
Then made chicken stuffed w/prosciutto & pistachios and drizzled pesto on top, paired with stewed saffron potatoes.
For desert, made almond pudding topped with/cinnamon & pistachios.

Harvest time. My basil garden 🌿 went gangbusters. There was so much, I had to use a garbage bag to carry it out. Green onions did alright as well. Apparently the dill, however, hates me. 🤷🏻♀️
