It's so common to quote people when they pass regardless of how they pass. It is bizarre that the person quoting someone is considered controversial and not the quotes themselves

Saying it may not fix the issue implies that the entire point of this isn't it disenfranchisement of millions. That's what this bill is all about. Taking away the right to vote from millions of American citizens
