I might do this one as a large-scale artwork at some point, but I haven't yet decided which medium. Perhaps some with some light and kinetic elements?

It's not to say that everyone can and should be pulled into the center of action, as some might prefer quiet spaces, but, in the bigger picture, each of us is part of this world, sharing it with others, and it may be a good idea to put some mindfulness in the ways we engage with each other ...

Sometimes, they serve to engage with ideas like the last sketch - which is a critical take on the idealization of individualism. There's that thought of outsider freedom that romanticizes loneliness and being an outcast, which I'm obviously not a fan of.

As someone who is fascinated by abstraction & theorizing of reality, thought processes, and perception & how these things play out in our daily interactions, I sometimes use the same techniques people learn at schools & universities to collect ideas or put down concepts for later use in artworks.

...but from a place of self-acceptance and the awareness that we gain joy when we treat our bodies with love, as it helps being capable of being there for each other.

The final sketch is not part of the series, just a few thoughts on body acceptance. Our bodies are complex marvels of nature & each has its unique charm. I believe we can be okay with ourselves & give our bodies mindful care based on their needs, not from a place of relentless self-optimization...

... and it's done. The red gown represents the dangers of ruthless exploitation of nature & fellow earthlings, coupled with the fallacy of believing that authoritarianism and anti-social policies will provide a solution to the challenges of our interconnected world.

Agree. Plus, this network seems to be more pleasant and it seems to contain less bots. Social media has always been a place for exchanging inspiration with real humans for me, and I hope it will be the case here
