A dishwasher may save water/energy but I like to dance with mine whilst he washes the dishes. We also sing, flirt and observe nature doing the dishes. This is my view out the window above the kitchen sink. We love doing the dishes.

I painted my garage door for the same reason. If it brightens the day of someone who dives by it is doing a good job.

When I first started my practice, decades ago, I was looking for my tools. No internet for shopping back then. I sent out my intentions to the universe and the next time I was in a junk store there she was.

They are still using the same themes in Roman pottery. I picked up this plate on Rome a couple decades ago. The fingerprints of the woman who made it are on the back.

I have two that reside with me. Bunny and Marco.

My prison this summer included a road trip from NB to ON for a family wedding, kayaking, gardening, tending the hens and doing most of the shopping for us. And my mask matched my dress.

This year war the first year with seeds saved from the previous year’s flowers. I got this beauty.

I have two at my home. One keeps umbrellas and walking sticks tidy in the mudroom and the other lives in my kitchen and often has herbs growing out the top.

Garlic harvest for this year.

Twenty garlic bulbs freshly harvested from my garden. They are laying on my deck with a turquoise cup of tea and the base of an iron planter. This is our garlic for the year and enough to plant again for next year.

I walk my meditation spiral multiple times a day and walk the edge where our field and forest meet. Really nice view of the river too. The things I do to stay grounded in reality.

My rescue dog, Pepper and my favourite flower, daisies.

I have introduced myself to the trees that live close by for decades. We live on five acres now and plant more trees every year.
I have many tree of life representations in my home. Balanos, my green man, corrals all the walking sticks in my mud room.

I have two in my home. One in the kitchen and one in the mid room. I can’t imagine my home without them.

I have a darkish grey in my kitchen and love it. The floors are slate and the wall colour works well with all the colours of the slate.

We have this in NB. The humidity makes it feel like 45C. We got new windows in the spring and it is making a huge difference keeping the house cool right now.
