Regular people have gone to jail for not being truthful on a federal gun application. They should be pardoned as well and the gun law thrown out if feel this way. The IRS involved whistleblowers who were retaliated against and I believe have a lawsuit. This is wrong.

No. This is a father who can protect his son from justice. He was convicted by a jury. I don't blame him but call it what it is. Is he still a felon? They also should repeal the gun law he broke if it doesn't mean anything.

He wasn't charged after the investigation. And I believe they would have if they could. I wish they would release all the investigations and do a total cleanse including govt money paid to some to settle.
