Was catching a Link to the Past Rando race last night and recognized a really obscure SNES song. Like "is that the freaking.... mountain level from Magical Quest Starring Mickey?" (I was right)
Sometimes it's nice remembering the obscure platformers my sister and I played growing up.

My brain age is absolutely obsessing over what matches up with Zelda 64 Hylian letters at like 0:34. Poring through Fandumb photos translating the characters to Japanese, with some liberties it seems to say にんてんど ほんしゃ Nintendo Honsha?

I didn't play that one, but I do think they're similar. Same genre.
Although, KQVII: The Princeless Bride went with a faux-Disney theme that made a big impression on me as a kid. (And there was voice acting! In a DOS game from 1994!)

Finished the Strawberry Jam Beginner Lobby last night! It was 21 custom levels plus a final exam with a screen for each level (a "Heartside").
Didn't think I'd like SJ with how long the screens were, but recently I improved a bunch and got way more patient. Somehow Celeste has rewired my brain.

Finally got the last achievement in Celeste, and 🍓#186/175. Took me 2 hours and 20 minutes, and damn it was hard...but fun!
