Trust me, my and colleagues research often gets stuck w sluggish research committees. This is not the argument I am making though. I was just exasperated how much animals suffer ”for science” and the damage seemingly harmless ecological studies have done.

Yes they do but, like u sat, they are internal and often vague standards. Obv not enough.

I saw a post with bats who had infected wings from tags that had been stapled into them. Is there anyone regulating these practices?
