To be clear, no issue with anything you said. But the idea of "black jobs" is meant to both devalue the work & suggest black folks are only qualified for them. It suggests that black folks in "white jobs" or at "white schools" couldn't possibly have gotten there on merit. Enter "DEI hire" rhetoric.
