Plus like, there is some strong bias here…but the sometimes enemy sometimes ally, always dangerous thing they got going with Mr Khan is great, and had zero impact on me at all. >.>

The cyborg guy here is literally in the CP2020 Rulebook. And the reason the incredibly incongruous 'cop' archetype is playable is almost certainly because of this guy, Dominion Tank Police, and Patlabor, though I think the latter might be a little late for Cyberpunk's earlier editions.
