Honestly…pretty much any of Rockstars games. I don’t think they’re awful or anything, I enjoy them enough myself (mostly). I just don’t really think they’re worthy of the ludicrous hype they get.
Btw, I do like the Witcher stuff (again mostly) but it’s definitely overrated too.

I like the Witcher 3, but I think it could have been split into 2 games and polished a bit.
It’s a game that I genuinely really enjoy but it overstays its welcome eventually, it’s just too dang loooooong.

I tend to go for dex builds in most games, fast characters with high damage output.

I played on standard. It’s a great homage and a cool idea but the game has a rich colour palette and honestly, it’s not a short game, so b&w would get tedious after a while.

Honestly, I don't tend to ask for remakes but there's a ton of remasters I'd love to see. Would be awesome to see Onimusha 2, 3 and Dawn of Dreams to get a remaster.
