In 2002, my then 5 year old child asked if we (the USA) were the good guys or the bad guys. I told him I didn't know.

IIRC, you had over 3000 subscribers to your Windowseat listserv. And when my child was run over by a bus, I think you were the first person from the SF community to reach out to me and that meant a lot to me. As Kara said, you have no idea how seemingly small things have huge ripple effects.
