This works for as long as your workers can’t have sex without having children. Birth control has become exponentially better since it was first introduced, there are so many more options.

They will restrict BC before giving leave or child care. Restrict our rights before paying for anything.

More of the ruling class are going to become anti-BC.

More people mean more customers, your demand grows so you increase workers (who you underpay for more profit).

In a desperate attempt to keep workers forever desperate and taxes low they removed almost any incentive to have children.

If it helps, we got a Nordic track for significantly less than peloton and it does all the things. I’m a runner and anticipate my treadmill will die one of these days so I wanted a company with a track (haha) record with running equipment. The significantly smaller price tag helped immensely.

Weird how they didn't post anything about this when they were humanizing Kyle Rittenhouse here...

Teen charged in killings of BLM protesters considered himself a militia member

I think that is a testament to the fact that people will gleefully pay for garbage that reinforces their worldview compared to any well researched and well written comparable item.

It’s a constant cycle of seeing organizations fester without addressing any current issues but hyper focus on “problems facing our older members”. Then “why don’t the young support us or care?” You are breaking the social contract first by ignoring us and not letting us have a voice at all.

There was a really interesting piece about them recently bc yes they’re blinding us, and the laws haven’t been updated since the 80s, it turns out (!)
Fascinating read by @naterogers.bsky.social, diving deep into the increasingly-bright (way too bright!) headlights on cars—both why it's happening, & how companies leverage their tech to appeal to safety-conscious consumers, despite it being poorer for roads overall: theringer.com/2024/12/03/t...

They are so sure of themselves but I’m like “ok, this is how heat works in a fire” and they are about to “well achtually” to me over and over. No, you spent a fraction of the time on this topic as me, stop correcting simple grammar as if it’s all the difference when you only understand the basics.
