Reminds me of the game John Company. My play group played it twice. How much we hate every aspect of that game has been a regular topic of conversation since. No one quite knows why we picked it up, let alone why we played a 2nd time. Felt like Starfyre from Teen Titans. "We are having the fun?"

My best jump scare was a DnF game where the players were making their way through the city sewers. After a bit I said they happened to glance up and realized not so much that there were kobolds on the ceiling but that the ceiling was kobolds. One of which made eye contact and winked
