The disorders in that family are hard to tell apart and probably all kinda the same thing (like how research is transitioning to thinking of adhd and autism together) so unless you need documentation for specific accommodations or you want to try medication, it might not be worth it for you

Me too, except for me it’s kinda episodic so it’s hard to test for without literally calling my doctor to squeeze me in that day. I don’t know if I actually have POTS or just disautonomia but I’ve integrated some pots into into my personal care and it’s helped. Honestly I’ve found that a lot of -
