As someone who wrote her first two books about a doctor set in the 1920s I did extensive research into what was taught 1895 through 1930. And I learned a great deal about eugenics and about what they considered inherited disease. It's shocking the talking points are the same 100 years later.

My ADHD and likely autism didn't disable me. I used to work very physical and mentally difficult jobs. It was chronic migraines and an autoimmune disorder that made me unable to work outside the home.

I don't get how people get to the polls, vote, and then change their minds. I mean did they just start watching TV/social media AFTER the election?

I feel the same about the public availability of the 911 calls from the Maui fire. People's last desperate moments should be available to family and legal attorneys only. If families want those released that's their choice.
