I've found Scrivener useful. Takes a bit of getting used to if you've been writing in a normal document writing program. I also like Atticus, though it doesn't have the ability to keep all the 'notes' and stuff in the same file as Scrivener.

Yeah. I will mute individual posts first. If the account is...verbose with posts that agitate me, I'll mute the account...unfollow if I feel it's appropriate. Only had to block one so far. But it gets exhausting.

If the rest of Bluesky made me feel that way, I wouldn't be pulling away from the platform.

Maybe. Right now I am disillusioned and not really enamored with the thought of trying to figure out this nonsense and still feel genuine. Others seem to manage it. I feel plastic, vapid, and/or desperate.
