It really is. Have you tried short stories or novellas? Something shorter than a full length novel might be the way to get the reading flow back.

As a mood reader myself, I can relate to this feeling so bad, especially when it's I'm not sure what I'm in the mood to read.
This is when I do rereads of old favourites, or read fanfics. Sometimes it helps, other times it doesn't.
