I did some self reflection on my progress for 2025. I noticed I wasn’t as far along in my path as I wanted to be, but I also know I wasn’t putting in the effort, and made excuses. I’ve realized that excuses are just the b.s. I’ve told myself to ease the guilt I’ve felt for not putting in the effort.

I decided my motto for 2025 is “Elevation not stagnation”.
