I’m not an aircraft expert, but I know the navigation lights are consistent with U.S. navigation rules (so, they’re ours). However, I’m unsure about the red lights underneath. Are they for signaling vertical movements?

I’ve seen the videos from the NJ area, and they look similar...

Finally, the 4th video shows a comparison between the 1st (a light aircraft) and the 3th (an apparent unmanned vehicle). Both were filmed from exactly the same spot.
