People can be so kind! Helped a client close on new home he got for 20-year immigrant employee who couldn’t qualify, but will eventually own through a generous agreement. Husband, wife, two kids are thrilled and were active in this family affair. Brought me to tears! There’s NO place like home.

Had to leave my friend’s place in Sun City (Georgetown), TX when Berry Creek behind her home started rising. Drove through the worst rain I’ve ever been in. Flash flooding potential is not to be ignored. Glad to be out of that area.
