After EXPLOSIONS there was only up to go, but this still isn't it. Having Adam back in the band is great and their recent live tour was awesome but they still can't seem to escape putting out boring uninspired albums. Deathwish is the best track on the album.

Over 1000 chapters in and this is one of the greatest arcs to date! Countless fan favorite and underused characters having time to shine. Massive reveals on longstanding mysteries. Arguably the BEST character flashback. The only reason its not a 10 is the meh ending.

Expectations met for my first Bond film.
Memorable set pieces, with suave yet tense acting. My only problem was how much this film is plagued by implied story telling where if you missed one thing that was on screen for one second the entire scene no longer makes sense.

Somehow I missed this Andy Samberg classic that has some of the best written comedy in a feature film. The premise is outrageously dumb in an enjoyable way that carries the plot all the way home.
At times though, it feels like a barrage of one off skits and lacks connective tissue.

Found footage is hit or miss for me but this one landed somewhere in the middle. Loved the character dynamics and storytelling.
I didn't feel like the found footage elevated it besides some very cool cinematography in the final confrontation. Would've worked as a normal film.

This album starts off strong and doesn't stop. James shows off impressive vocal range and control, backed by a perfect mix of heavy and soulful instrumentation.
These guys never stop pushing the boundary of what they can do and each release just gets better.

Trippy cat and mouse that is constantly engaging, filled with rich characters (both figuratively and literally), and nuanced commentary on capitalism and human nature.
It's great that we still have creative, plot driven animations on TV and I can't wait for season two!

Went in blind and was pleasantly surprised with what I got. Dateline style mockumentary about an occultic serial killer with an engaging enough storyline that I didn't want to leave the theater and pee.
Unfortunately feels like a half baked version of what it could've been.

Walked out of the theater feeling mixed but everything that I liked was 10/10 material! But up until the kid's POV I wasn't even sure if I liked it at all.
Interesting narrative structure with a memorable cast, and soon to be one of the most iconic ending scenes in recent horror.

Pure unfiltered autism derived from only the freshest of natural childlike wonder.
The only thing holding this back for me is not having much of a plot and the movie being constant stimulation that can make it difficult to follow and ultimately exhausting.

The tone change worked way better than I was expecting and had me audibly gasping at points of the story. The handling of Deku's "vigilante" arc was weird but still entertaining. Some glaring pacing issues but otherwise one of the best seasons of the series so far!

Solid time loop movie that fuses genres and does more than enough to set itself apart from similar stories. Great performances from the tight cast of main characters and Andy Samberg provides plenty of hilarity to contrast with Cristin Milioti's stark presence.

This movie does none of what it's trying to do well and ends up being a whole lot of nothing with a decent ending that it didn't earn. On top of the tension that leads nowhere constantly edging you, the dialogue is laughably bad.
I can't believe that the sequel is somehow worse.

As crazy as it is that we finally got a GOOD F4 movie this is still lacking. Needed more scenes for Ben especially, and overall there's a lot of missed potential with the characters.
Loved the presentation of Galactus and the overall production values.

Was not expecting Doomsday to only be involved for like 20 minutes but overall a decent animated movie with some really crazy ideas. It's also ridiculously horny???
This is one of those where I genuinely can't tell the difference between Clark and Superman though.

I'm a sucker for cringe musicals with insane production values and if you showed this to 12 year old me it would've been so over for me.
Catchy songs, stellar animation, basically this generation's Frozen. My only issue is this really should have been a series instead.

Reader digest Naruto and Sasuke with way more edge and insane visuals.
JJK remains derivative but is starting to make strides with forming its own modern anime identity. Glad I caught this batshit crazy story arc in theaters.

Everything I needed it to be and more!
What this film did best was nail what makes Superman a hero and zeroed in on the truly human and compassionate aspects of the character. It's hard to find much wrong with this kickoff and I firmly believe DC is in the right hands.

Basically an entire 12 episode anime perfectly squeezed into one hilarious movie with so many nerdy references that there was even things I noticed that my friends who have seen it many times never picked up on.
Absolutely criminal that I didn't grow up with this.

Crazy movie that amazes with shots of cyberpunk landscapes then spits philosophy for 10 minutes, rinse and repeat.
Would get a higher score if the film wasn't more concerned with vibes and immersion than its narrative. Long still frames are just not my cup of tea.

This spinoff is better than most of the original series by far!
Striking art style, down to earth fleshed out characters, and doesn't rely on just beating up villains to tell a good story. Only loses points for being a setup season and an anticlimactic ending.

Give me 100 guesses and I still would not guess what this movie is about. Girl rents an Airbnb and crazy shit happens. Genuinely terrifying and uncomfortable, but the plot only happens because every character makes the worst decisions possible.
I would've left town 20 minutes in.

Really sad to see how terrible of a turnout this movie is getting as its actually pretty good. As charming and fun as you would expect for a space themed Pixar movie and hits the right emotional notes, while also having plot elements I wasn't expecting. Glordon plushies gonna go hard.

Incredible love letter and reimaging of FF7 that manages to make a 5 hour prologue feel like an entire game.
It shines in the cutscenes and direction. The actual gameplay is super frustrating with tedious navigation and clunky mechanics.
Rebirth is gonna be peak.

Glorious reimagining of his classic album Avalon, with puncher production and a summer aesthetic.
His voice and musical prowess has aged like fine wine, and here he is taking an already solid album and making something even more magical out of it.
