Even something simple like becoming immune to effect after succeeding once would be good. The monster itself had pretty low HP, that damn feature was what made it "difficult".

Honestly, I would have preferred a larger HP pool, which is saying something. Boring is better than actively anti-fun.

The final fight was so ludicrously unfun, I'm surprised it made it through testing. Needing to pass a CHA saving throw every turn or do nothing is NOT fun. One PC didn't do *anything* the entire fight because of it.

I would have liked a way to avoid this ability, be it a quest or item or something.

You can get the uncompressed 8192px x 8192px image here. I was very surprised to not be able to find a truly high resolution version of the online map, so I made it myself. Mostly for my own use, but I hope it ends up being helpful for others as well!

It is really dense. Like REALLY dense. But if you take your time and read carefully, it can be incredibly rewarding. Has some of the most thorough and interesting worldbuilding I've seen. It's a sprawling story that is hard to follow at times but has amazing payoff if you stick with it.
