That’s what being “single” has taught me - how to be loved by many many people. If I ever find a partner again that’s what I want from love because that’s what I want from life - to grow, to learn, to feel connected, to feel whole.

I feel so much more love now that I see the whole picture of what love can be instead of thinking I had to fit it into a single relationship.

Love should expand your life. Love should make you grow. Love should feel so expansive that you don’t know where it ends and where it begins.

These things simply are not true.

When we try and use neurodivergency or autism to excuse behaviour, we perpetuate a false narrative - an ableist narrative - that neurodivergent folks cause harm because they are careless and don’t know better.

Neurodivergent folks understand when they cause harm - and the fear of causing harm is what many folks go to therapy to make sure they avoid. The individuals I see using this excuse for the harm they cause are people who have access to every tool possible to avoid spreading hate and harm.
