There is an anti-incumbency mood around the world . The US , UK , Australia, NZ and Canada all voting out or about to vote out their governments. Bad news for Kamala last year but good news for the Democrats in upcoming elections.

There is an anti incumbency mood around the world . Most governments are being ousted after a single term . I think one term presidencies be more of a rule than an exception going forward. Unfortunate for Kamala who should have won on the merits but good for a Democrat win in the next election.

In 3 months everyone will have forgotten about the pardon and moved on to some other outrage - but Joe will be spending quality time with Hunter without the stress . I don’t think Joe gives a fu## . He has spent his life in service to the country and he deserves some peace of mind in retirement.

Joe was never going to allow for the destruction of Hunter’s future . It should have been a pardon from Kamala but in the end family is more important to Joe than any criticism or disapproval from the media . Totally understandable and I doubt Joe gives a f#ck what others think about the pardon .

Understandable move by President Biden . He would never forgive himself if Biden was sentenced to years in prison when he could have prevented this . Joe and Jill are in their twilight years and Hunter has young children.

No reason for the state cases to be dismissed . He can still face accountability following the end of his current term.
