This is hands down my favourite former Beatles solo album. Harrison must have had heaps of material building up which he couldn’t add to the Fab Four’s final albums.

#runningsky I’m slowly getting my running mojo back. Trying to get used to *regular* 5km running. I did this across 2-min/run 1-min/rest intervals today, a slight improvement over the non-interval pace (same route). Feeling good, but still struggling between 2-4km (~half way). #running #intervals

Thrilled with this return to form. Despite badly rolling both ankles in April and secondary covid issues, I completed a full 10km run this afternoon and I’m closer to a sub-6:00m/km pace. I was ~1:05:00 for 10km before injury. Dropped 1 kg this week, hoping that keeps going down. #running #fitness
