& there are inconsistencies everywhere w lighting (AI relatively gets this right overall) Again with this image, the light source for ambient reflective lighting shouldn't have a warm yellow tone, but rather a warm blue per the dark BG part. Light here makes no sense & should be more shadows.

The hair is I think partial AI and/or some lazy editing (see first pic) but also hand drawn in strands that are the basic round soft brush - clearly with a pen pressure setting, as they are inorganic for the overall look. (No shade there, I do this w a basic brush, not always using a 'hair brush')

The fingers give it away the most with the fact there is human editing. Why? Well... They're not polished in the slightest, in fact they're very rough, there's a lot of incorrect lighting and shadows here, the finger tips themselves have little definition / are smudged / are lazily done. (sorry OP)

I'm actually going to agree with this, looking at it very closely (and with context of also closely looking at her other works). Well. Half. This segment of the image I think fully tells the tale. There are Some ai elements (perhaps generative fill?) and a lot of photoshopped by hand elements. /1
