🍎 Starving myself -> listening to the hunger
🍬 indulging as “self care” -> limiting sugar and replacing with filling meals
🏃🏻♀️ not exercising -> 2/1/2/1 miles (elliptical) mon-thur

Since there’s snow out I am doing my workouts on elliptical but my goal is to someday run at least 2 miles. 🏃🏻♀️
