I went to play a round of disc golf today but because the deer flies were so bad I quit after 6 holes, despite playing well.

I've been reading the Green Rider series. Perhaps I'm becoming a grumpy old man because there's things that just annoy me about her writing, but only at times. It's then that I get a whiff of the god in the machine to solve a plot issue.
