Hi everyone! Before doomscrolling took over my life (I blame COVID quarantine), I used be able to pick up a book and have it keep my attention for long periods of time. I’m aware my ADHD can be a reasonable excuse but I just think I need to relearn a life without doomscrolling. #literacy #audhd
