Nah, just kept as a mouth prisoner. Those ducts in Caraxes's jaws produce mind altering substances.

It doesn't hurt, but he doesn't usually sting people directly anyway. Usually he gets them to swallow the honey that his body produces, which makes victims docile and compliant.

Vultures are so underutilized in art. Love how this came out.
