We recently visited @contactmcr.bsky.social l to find out more about their #Auracast system and were blown away with the quality of the sound.
They are using the #Ampetronic Auri system which has been linked to its AV desk.

The sound quality is excellent and it is hard to describe just how much of a difference this makes to me personally- usually with a speaker the effort of concentrating on what they are saying means I zone out very quickly. No such problems today.

The downside is the team can't test the Auracast yet as they don't have headphones. And at the moment I am the only one with Auracast enabled hearing aids.
But, for £50, we have a basic assisted listening solution.

A great #auracast test today in the church I usually attend. It meets in a school hall and uses an AV desk that is wheeled in and out when needed.
The AV team plugged in the HomeSpot Auracaster and ... it works!
