The interface is a little overwhelming and I still am barely managing to navigate but I agree there seems to be a lot of fun stuff happening

I also got the character I really wanted so I’m legally obligated to put my hours into this app

If you have a local irl mahjong club they might have a list of learning resources, also I recommend The Book of Mahjong by Amy Lo! It has the best resources for learning Chinese variants and Taiwanese variant

If my local club had a cute mascot maybe I’d be more inclined to join (lol)

Last time this happened my username ended up getting stolen by a popular Pokemon YouTuber….he tried really hard to get into my account until I’m guessing he contacted IG/Meta and they took my username away from me and gave it to him

I noticed that weaving isn’t really a thing in this version of the game? At least I haven’t tested it / noticed it in the fan guide. Slightly relieved because I am very number challenged
